My supervision space is built the same way I work with clients: grounded, honest, and spacious enough for the messy, uncertain parts of the work.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We begin with a one-off 90-minute session to get a feel for what’s going on and how we might work together. It’s not a test, just space to talk things through and make a plan.

THEN WE CAN MOVE ON TO...

COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY

One-to-one sessions (in-person or online) where we explore what’s underneath the surface and work through the stuff that keeps tripping you up.

COACHING
 

More forward-focused, practical sessions that help you gain clarity, build confidence, and stop second-guessing yourself.

WALK & TALK THERAPY

Therapy, just with more trees. Walking side by side can help things shift in a way that talking across a desk can’t. Based around Barton or local agreed routes.

60 mins — £75

(+ mileage if we travel)

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

This isn’t box-ticking supervision. It’s where we slow things down, get honest about the work, and make sense of what’s actually happening in the room. No performance. No pretending.
