Tailored support, whether you need short-term help to navigate a specific situation or deeper work to understand your patterns and break old cycles. I offer 60 or 90-minute sessions, face-to-face in Staffordshire & Nottinghamshire, or online.
You don’t always need weekly therapy. Sometimes you just need a check-in, a place to offload, reset, and keep going.
Therapy outdoors, side-by-side. It’s exactly what it sounds like… and yes, it works. Great if you feel stifled sitting in a room or want to feel more grounded in nature.
For therapists, coaches, and practitioners. If you want no-nonsense support that keeps your practice ethical, reflective, and human, I’ve got you too.

Weekly or fortnightly, depending on what you need. In-person or online if that works better for you. Sessions are flexible, human, and tailored to you. We’ll work with what’s showing up and move at a pace that feels right.
